The location is right in the center, making it easy to access key attractions and vibrant nightlife. The air conditioning worked efficiently, providing comfort during the hot nights.
Noise levels are a serious issue. street partying and road work combined made sleep nearly impossible, especially on weekends. The room lacked a proper balcony contrary to what was expected, and the bathroom could definitely use more space.

the location is pleasing but I was absolutely devestated by the noise! drilling during the day and bell ringing all night made sleep impossible. I would have thought I'd at least receive a complimentary snack for my troubles, but no special gesture was made. the tiny shower? a real marvel of contortionist design. I just couldn't give a good review.

Dined like a true local at Museo del Jamon and had delightful churros con chocolate at a nearby café. The place felt just like an aunt's home—clean, quiet, and full of charm. Luisa's hospitality topped it all off, making me want to return.
The room was a tad cozy, and the shower was so small that I had to play a game of contortionism!

However, noise levels, especially at night, were disruptive, making it hard to sleep. Bringing earplugs might be wise if you're sensitive to sound.

Staying in the heart of Madrid offered convenience and energy. The vibrant atmosphere made each night exciting, but light sleepers should avoid balcony rooms. The air conditioning was efficient, providing comfort after long days exploring. Quick tip, bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise!
